Mini-Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (Mini-PCNL) is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat selected larger or complex kidney stones. A small access tract is created to reach the kidney, allowing stones to be fragmented and removed efficiently while using a smaller tract than conventional PCNL.
